The crash took place around 7:50 a.m. January 9, on the 700 block of North East 136th Avenue. A preliminary report indicated that a northbound driver crossed the center line and collided head-on with a southbound car driven by an unidentified woman. In the process, a third vehicle was also involved in the crash. The woman was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries. The condition of the male driver was not immediately released but sources suspect he suffered critical to fatal injuries.
