“In addition to a police report, an independent investigation is 100% necessary,” said Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Sanchez-Gordon. “Having expert witnesses, locating accident witnesses, retaining accident reconstructionists and investigating applicable insurance coverage are all important steps in addition to what law enforcement authorities will do.”

Pending the results of the investigation, the families of Hussein Ahmad Ghasham, Hussein Yasser Saab, Hussein Moussa Ayoub, and Hussein Ali Saaleh may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim.
“A serious injury or a death to a family member after an accident is both tragic and devastating to a surviving family. The grief, shock, and anger that set in are overwhelming, to say the least. Although no amount of money can make up for a devastating injury or loss of a loved one, it is important that a victim or family be made aware of their rights and what they are entitled to by law,” added Bond.
