Yarbrough Fatal Pedestrian Accident in El Paso, July 6

Carlos Alfonso Martinez Killed Pedestrian AccidentEL PASO, Texas (July 8, 2019) – Authorities have identified Carlos Alfonso Martinez, 58, as the victim that sadly died in a pedestrian accident on Yarbrough Drive on Saturday, July 6th.

According to officials, Alfonso Martinez was hit by a 2008 Kia Optima at about 9:08 p.m. Saturday as he was crossing the 900 block of Yarbrough Drive.

Paramedics arrived to the scene and transported Alfonso Martinez to Del Sol Hospital, where he later sadly died.

The Special Traffic Investigations unit is still working on the case. Once the investigation has been completed, an official report will be available.
