1 Seriously Hurt in Blythe Car Accident on 10 Freeway
BLYTHE (February 27, 2019) – According to Riverside County Fire Department, a major injury collision took place along the Interstate 10 Freeway on Monday afternoon.
As per a report posted online by the Riverside County Fire Department, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on the 10 Freeway.
Both cars reportedly became engulfed in flames as a result of the crash. The fiery accident was reported on February 25 at about 5:07 p.m. near Mesa Drive.

All the occupants of the burning vehicles were able to exit the wreckage. Fire department officials along with the paramedics attended to at least one person who suffered major injuries upon impact.
An air ambulance was requested to transported the seriously injured victim to the hospital for treatment. The name and condition of the patient at this time remained unknown.
Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
