Anza Car Accident on Highway 74 Sunday, February 10
4 Injured in Anza Solo-Car Crash on Highway 74 ANZA (February 10, 2019)
– Four were hospitalized after a traffic collision along Highway 74 on Sunday morning, according to Riverside County Fire Department.
The accident was reported at about 8:43 a.m. in the 56000 block of Highway 74, also known as Pines to Palms Highway.
A statement released online by the Riverside County Fire Department said for an unknown reason a vehicle crashed on Highway 74 near Highway 371 and Paradise Drive.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated two occupants who were found trapped inside the wreckage as a result of the crash.
A total of four people were injured in the wreck. Two patients suffered major injuries and were airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
One victim sustained moderate injuries while the fourth patient had minor wounds upon impact. The two were reportedly transported by ground ambulance.
The names all the wounded parties and their condition at this time were not immediately disclosed. Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
