Attorney Michael A. Abelson is the recipient of the "Lawyer of the Year" award for Washington DC, as presented by the DC Trial Lawyers Association; Washingtonian Magazine has honored Attorney Michael A. Abelson as among "The Cream of the Legal Establishment," having been selected by his Peers and Judges; Martindale Hubbell has given attorney Abelson its highest "AV" Rating (pre-eminent legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics) as rated by the peers of the legal profession.
For more than 30 years, Attorney Abelson has maintained his membership in excellent standing with the state bars of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Michael has handled various cases in litigation, ranging from complex medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, defective and dangerous products, construction site accidents, insurance bad faith, and other personal injury related matters.
