Scott M. Hartinger
Scott M. Hartinger is a 1993 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He received his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Criminal Law Society. Mr. Hartinger served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James L. Ryan in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland (1996-1997).
Michael McAuliffe is a 1983 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. While at Georgetown, he was a Member of the American Criminal Law Review, received a Formal Commendation from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and received the Criminal Justice Clinic Award for Advocacy. He was also a Member of the Irish Law Students Association. After clerking for the Honorable John J. Mitchell of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, he joined Jack Quinn in 1987 to form Quinn & McAuliffe, predecessor to the firm as it is known today.
