Bond Legal PC lawyers are licensed in CA, CO, IA, IL, TX, and WA. Legal services are limited to the foregoing states.

Candice Bond is licensed in CA, IA, IL, TX & WA only. Stefano Formica is licensed in CA and NV only. Cases involving Florida clients are handled by attorneys who are admitted to The Florida Bar and practice from offices in other states where they are also licensed. No permanent Florida office is maintained.

Fee Disclosures and Costs.
- Contingency Fee Disclosure: Pay no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client. However, "Pay $0 Unless We Win For You" refers only to contingent fees charged by the attorney, and means that clients have no responsibility to pay Bond Legal any fees or costs except upon a monetary recovery. If there is no recovery, the client is not responsible for any fees, court costs, or litigation expenses. Contingent fees are not permitted in all types of cases.
Case Results and Co-Counseling. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and prospective clients may not obtain the same or similar results. Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case.
