SAN FRANCISCO (April 5, 2019) – A 31-year-old Richmond woman died following a crash early Sunday morning in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill section.
The woman, Phala Neuo, was a rear passenger in a silver Chevy Camaro that ran into a concrete divider near the intersection of Cesar Chavez and Vermont Street north on Bayshore Boulevard shortly after 3 a.m. The Camaro was then struck by a Nissan sedan.
1 Killed, 2 Injured in Potrero Hill Car Accident
Two other passengers in the Camaro were hospitalized. The 32-year-old driver has non-life threatening injuries and a 16-year-old boy was released from the hospital, according to authorities.
None of the occupants in the Nissan were injured.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident of Saturday, March 30th, and once concluded, they will release an official report.
