1 Dead, 1 Injured in Deadly Collision
GILROY (April 7th, 2019)
A 40-year-old man was killed and a 40-year-old woman sustained serious injuries in a crash on the 7800 block of Church Street in Gilroy early Sunday morning.
Police received several calls about a collision at about 2 a.m. involving an unknown numbers of vehicles.
Authorities found two people suffering from major injuries when they arrived at the scene, where the man was pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, the woman was taken via helicopter to a trauma center.
Neither of the victims have properly been identified by name at this time as the investigation is currently ongoing.
